Directions from the North

Leave M6 by the A59, then take the A565
Join the coastal road by passing Southport follow signs to Ainsdale and Beach, Entrance to the beach is by Pontins

Directions from the South

Leave the M6 for the M62 then change to the M57
Travel to the end and then join A5036, take the first right until you reach A565 (approx 4 miles from M57)
Turn right and follow A565, at traffic lights turn left and follow coastal road to Pontins and turn onto the beach.
